Color Yourself Comforted
Research shows that colors strongly affect mood. If you chose green (known for being restful and restorative) or blue (believed to bring on feelings of peace and tranquility), your color sensitivities tend toward the calm end of the spectrum. Some of you might be drawn to red, orange, and yellow--if so, you find comfort in action, energy, and movement, not rest and relaxation.
