Back Up Your Memory
Memory loss is a symptom of MS. It can affect recent memory, events that took place within 24 - 28 hours, and remote and procedural memory, information/skills that you learned a long time ago.
Try different memory retention techniques such as: assigning specific designated spots for items (i.e. keys, glasses, etc.), make to-do lists, repeat important tasks or phrases to yourself, prioritize, memory games, and/or setting a daily schedule.
