Understand the True Meaning of Fear
Ah fear. First, I remember that fear is nothing more than False Expectations of Assumed Reality. What we fear, usually never comes to pass. Then I consider the WORST thing happening that I fear, and if I can deal with that, please, bring it on. Then, if there is something that truly is debilitating, I ask myself "Is this really probable?" Usually the answer is 'Nope, highly unlikely'. 95% of fears have been tamed by that time. So the last resort is of course fervent prayer, undying faith that all that happens is supposed to happen and that life progresses, always, for my best benefit, even when I don't see it.
