INGREDIENTS:
TO PREPARE:
1. Pat fish dry.
2. Combine dry ingredients; stir well.
3. Dip catfish in melted butter and roll in crumb mixture.
4. Arrange fish in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
5. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
Temperature: 375 degrees

- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
