TO PREPARE CAKE:
1. Beat eggs; add sugars and oil.
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add
slowly to creamed mixture.
3. Add apples, nuts, and vanilla.
4. Bake in greased tube pan.
Temperature: 350 degrees
Time: 1 hour
TO PREPARE GLAZE:
1. Mix together brown sugar, margarine, and milk and heat to
boiling. Boil 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
2. Spread over warm cake.

- 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 3 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
