INGREDIENTS:
TO PREPARE:
Cook spinach and drain well, pressing all possible water from spinach. Add sour cream and soup mix. Spoon into buttered casserole and heat at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. This casserole may be made ahead, or frozen, if desired.
SERVES: 6 - 8
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 envelope Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
