INGREDIENTS for Crust:
TO PREPARE Crust:
1. Melt margarine. Add sugar and flour and mix well.
2. Pat crust into 12-inch round pizza pan.
3. Bake until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS for Filling:
TO PREPARE Filling:
1. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
2. Spread over cooled crust.
3. Slice a variety of fruits and arrange artistically in concentric circles on filling.
INGREDIENTS for Glaze:
TO PREPARE Glaze:
1. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.
2. Boil until thickened.
3. Cool.
4. Spoon cooled glaze over fruit, covering completely.
5. Chill.
6. Serve in wedges.

- 1-1/2 cups flour

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Fruit: bananas, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, strawberries, or peaches

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
TO PREPARE Glaze:
1. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.
2. Boil until thickened.
3. Cool.
4. Spoon cooled glaze over fruit, covering completely.
5. Chill.
6. Serve in wedges.
