- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 10 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, including marinade
- 10 ounces pasta shells or twists, cooked to package directions and drained
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 pound prosciutto, cut into julienne strips
