INGREDIENTS:
TO PREPARE:
Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Just before serving, sprinkle with noodles or serve over noodles.
SERVES: 4 - 6
- 1 (10 ounce) can tuna in spring water, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained and sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Squeeze of lemon
- Dash of salt
- Dash of garlic salt
- 1 (3 ounce) can Chinese noodles
