Many women do not enjoy football. In fact, ladies I’m sure many of you go to another room or roll your eyes when your husband sits down to watch the ol’ pigskin get tossed around. Why? Football can be something that you and your husband enjoy together.

A trend amongst football fans is fantasy football. Fans can feel like they are playing in the National Football League and become more involved with the sport. Fantasy Football is also a great tool for ladies to use to feel more connected with football and become interested in the sport. Spouses can use football to spend quality time together.

Plus, who knows ladies you might be crowned the Champion and who doesn’t like royalty? Here are some tips to get prepared and start loving the game.

Pick The Right Team

Remember just because you or your husband like a team doesn’t mean that you are suppose to draft every player from that team. The key is to draft the strongest players that will score you the most points. Check the statistics when you’re online doing research. Most websites provide you with a players' point information from the week prior or even the total points they scored last year. Watch the preseason football games and see how the players are performing. Pay attention to the wide receivers that you draft and if you can draft a strong wide receiver and a strong quaterback connection (ie. Eli Manning & Victor Cruz) you'll do great.

However, if you have a chance at Aaron Rogers…pick him up because he has scored the most fantasy football points for three years straight.
