Where Do You Need Balance?
Identify which part of your life needs to be brought into balance. You intuitively know what this area is. It is probably the first thing you thought of when reading this sentence. Whether it is work, health, diet, spirituality, relationships, exercise or setting priorities identify the area you need to work on most. Don’t increase your stress by feeling overwhelmed. Balance doesn’t have to be achieved in one day. Brainstorm some actions you can take to balance the scale. If your area of focus is work, add some playful activities to your week to balance that area of your life. Make a personal commitment to start bringing your life back into balance.
