21: For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead. 22: For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. 23: But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ.
24: Then comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. 25: For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26: The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27: "For God has put all things in subjection under his feet." But when it says, "All things are put in subjection under him," it is plain that he is excepted who put all things under him. 28: When all things are subjected to him, then the Son himself will also be subjected to him who put all things under him, that God may be everything to every one.

51: Lo! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52: in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. 53: For this perishable nature must put on the imperishable, and this mortal nature must put on immortality. 54: When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory."
1 Thessalonians 4
15: ...we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, shall not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16: For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the archangel's call, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first; 17: then we who are alive, who are left, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so we shall always be with the Lord.
2 Thessalonians 2
1: Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our assembling to meet him, we beg you, brethren, 2: not to be quickly shaken in mind or excited, either by spirit or by word, or by letter purporting to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. 3: Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition, 4: who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God. 5: Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you this? 6: And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time. 7: For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way. 8: And then the lawless one will be revealed, and the Lord Jesus will slay him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by his appearing and his coming. 9: The coming of the lawless one by the activity of Satan will be with all power and with pretended signs and wonders, 10: and with all wicked deception for those who are to perish, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11: Therefore God sends upon them a strong delusion, to make them believe what is false, 12: so that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 13: But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth. 14: To this he called you through our gospel, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Timothy 3
1: But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of stress. 2: For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3: inhuman, implacable, slanderers, profligates, fierce, haters of good, 4: treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5: holding the form of religion but denying the power of it. Avoid such people.
