INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons gelatin
2/3 cup cold water
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon dry mustard
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 whole egg, beaten
2-1/4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup Tarragon vinegar
3 tablespoons butter
4 cups fresh cooked flaked crabmeat
3 cups diced celery
1/2 cup diced pimento
3/4 cup chopped green onions
Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, to taste
TO PREPARE:
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. In double boiler cook until thick the following: sugar, flour, mustard, egg yolks, whole egg, milk, vinegar and butter. Add gelatin and remainder of ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise.
