INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound halibut fillets
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
TO PREPARE:

Place halibut in a buttered ovenproof serving dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine chives, sour cream, pepper, salt and cheese and pour mixture over top of halibut.

Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.

Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.

NOTE:  
Yogurt can be substituted for the sour cream.

SERVES: 2 - 3
