INGREDIENTS:
Slice carrots diagonally. Steam slightly or until tender but firm. Saute in margarine; add brown sugar, nutmeg, and orange juice. Cook and stir until brown sugar melts and carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.

- 1/4 to 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
