INGREDIENTS:
TO PREPARE:
1. Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown in lightly greased skillet. Remove.
2. Saute celery, onion, and green pepper until tender.
3. Add rice, broth, garlic salt, and red pepper. Bring to boil.
4. Return chops to pan. Cover and simmer until tender (30 to 40 minutes).
SERVINGS: 4
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2/3 cup raw rice
- 1-1/3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Dash red pepper
