1. Beat cream cheese with the next five ingredients until smooth.
2. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces, and cook until almost brown. Drain.
3. Arrange bacon and mushrooms in pastry shell. Pour cheese mixture over bacon.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes, or until firm in center.
