Derek Carr is the quarterback for the New Orleans Saints, formerly of the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders selected Carr in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft, and he’s gone to play in four Pro Bowls. After a lackluster 2022 season, Carr and the Raiders leadership decided it would be best to part ways. Carr grew up in California before his family relocated to Sugar Land, Texas. However, the family would eventually move back to Bakersfield, California.
