Mark Sinclair, professionally known as Vin Diesel, is an actor best known for playing Dominic Toretto in the “Fast and Furious” franchise. He’s one of the world’s highest-grossing actors. Diesel started auditioning for roles in the 1990s but struggled to land roles, so he made his own films. Diesel made his feature film debut in 1997’s “Strays.” After that, Diesel caught the attention of Steven Spielberg, who gave him a small part in “Saving Private Ryan.”

Diesel has also played in “XXX,” “The Chronicles of Riddick,” and “The Iron Giant.” He also plays Groot in the “Guardians of the Galaxy” films.
