Milena Markovna Kunis moved from the Ukrainian SSR, now known as the Ukraine, to Los Angeles at the age of 7 with her family because her parents saw no future in their home country for their children. She found adapting to life in America was difficult at first, saying “I didn’t understand the people or the language…Imagine being blind and deaf at age 7.” She got over her fears quickly and soon an agent found her at age 9 in her after school acting classes, which led her to securing her breakout role playing Jackie Burkhart in TV series That 70’s Show when she was only 15 years old.
Kunis has starred in many hit films such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Black Swan. In addition to acting, she is the global brand ambassador and the face of the advertising campaign for Gemfields, a luxury jewel company. She has even visited their jewel mines in Zambia, Africa. Kunis dated Home Alone actor Macaulay Culkin for 8 years but they broke up in 2011. She is currently married to her That 70’s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher and they have one daughter together named Wyatt Isabelle.
