Today is the day Harold Camping and company have predicted the end of the world. Will it happen?

Only God knows.

In the meantime, make the world a better place. Starting now.

Here are some ideas to get you started:

1. Show kindness to the next person you see (Remember, Jesus talked about whatever we do for the least of these is like doing it for Jesus himself. Same applies for anyone else, too.).

2. Pray. It’s Saturday, so maybe you’ll get a bit more sleep than other days. Use some of the extra energy to talk with God about life.

3. Read Scripture: Nothing is as inspiring as reading the words of the Creator of the universe.

4. Volunteer: Life was meant to be lived for others. Pick a place and do some good. Even if it’s just one day, one hour, or even one minute.

5. Smile: Too many people don’t. Be the smile you wish to see in the world.
