You are becoming more sensitive to the energies and the emotions  right now and this has been a very energetic time for planet earth. Honour yourself, honour your feelings. Shed what you do not need and make way for the new to enter. Pay close attention to the loving guidance you hear inside of your mind, your heart, and from other people as well. If it registers with you, follow it, there is a message within it for you.

Sensitivity is a beautiful and powerful gift when you learn to work with it. There’s no such thing as being ‘too sensitive’ although some might tell you differently, these evolving sensitivities are your guidance system coming into its own and it is raising because of the work you have been doing opening yourself up. Your sensitivity helps you know the truth about situations and people, and it’s important for you to learn to trust and follow these hunches, intuitions, and impressions. Spending time connecting with nature can help you take charge and develop your sensitivities. Avoid harsh situations and chemicals. Switch to eco friendly products, especially for your laundry and personal cleansers as your body readily absorbs whatever energy is around you.  At home or at work, ask your angels to help you choose life-affirming companions, and activities.  Ask your angels to help you choose higher vibrating foods and beverages to better feed your evolving body. Know that it is safe for you to feel deep emotions, as they are a natural part of your sensitivity.

Ask Archangel Michael to help you to clear your space, use smudges, bells, or other energy cleansers.  Use the power of your light to help you distinguish between your own feelings and those of other. Sometime that overwhelm feeling isn’t even yours, it is about learning where others leave off and you begin. Seek out a teacher who is also an empath to help you hone your skills if you are challenged by these sensitivities on your own.

Give your cares and your worries to the angels, and let them take your burdens. They can assist in your transformations, invite them in, they are with you and always here by your side even when you are unaware.
