Your angels are ready with some spiritual activation’s to help raise your energy levels. A new vibration is available to, all you need to do is ask your angels and allow.

Crystals: Selenite is one of the best crystals to help you get in touch with your guides. higher self, and the angels. It helps to raise your vibration and the energy around you. Seraphinite is fantastic for self healing, regeneration, and angelic communication. Angelite and Angel Wing Blue Anhydrite help you activate your 5th, 6th, and 7th Chakras and enhance your communication with your angels and spirit guides. Blue Apatite to activate your 3rd eye (6th chakra) and access to higher knowledge. Clear quartz and purple amethyst are also great choices too.
Sacred Geometry: I love fractal art, it is powerful. The Greeks said that the platonic solids are the building blocks of life. My experience with them never ceases to amaze me. My guides led me to collect them and I am sure glad I followed the signs.

Breathwork: Take some time and just breath. Stand next to a tree or some plants and let mother nature help you release the discordant energy from around you and heal so you can better feel. We are emotional beings having an adventure with feelings, breathwork helps you connect with everything and all that is. Breathe in and out. Place your hands on your kidneys and breathe in and out. Keep doing this for a few minutes. This helps to cleanse your body.
Meditation: The easiest way to connect and ‘hear’ your angels is through meditation. Meditation is the answering. It is when you quiet yourself and go within. It is a place of love, peace, and healing. Once you start a meditation practice, it becomes easier to connect with your guides and the answers you seek come to you more quickly and easily. You vibrate at a higher rate through this love connection.
