Expand your understanding and abilities by opening your intuitive channels to help you receive impressions from your spirit self. Archangel Uriel is the prefect archangel to call upon to help you. He can show you how to take various situations and questions and bring through your knowledge.

Begin to open up your  intuitive channels, your centre of telepathy by building a cord of light upward from your core to the higher realms of light and love. Ask that you will  recognize when your brain registers intuitive impressions from your higher mind, your soul, your guides, and the All That Is.

Begin by relaxing your body and taking deep breaths. Imagine that with each breath you are letting go and going deeper. When you are completely relaxed, and in sacred space, look upward in your own life to see a higher way of being. See that your vision of this higher way is now opening. See that portion of your brain that can see this vision is now being stimulated and opening up by your higher self and Archangel Uriel.

Imagine that the area between your eye brows – your third eye – is now being stimulated. Feel the energy pulsing into this centre by your higher self. Your pineal gland is receiving purple light from Archangel Uriel. You are beginning to feel the opening of your vision, your intuitive channels to the higher realms. Imagine there is a cord of golden light going upward from the top of your head into the higher dimensions of God. Let this light blend with your soul and begin to expand. You are now receptive to these higher impressions and allowing your intuition to come through.

Remember that you are most receptive when you are relaxed, emotionally calm and open. At first these impressions may seem vague and you feel like you are only getting bits and pieces. As you develop and hone your skills, your impressions will become more complete. Journal your progress and you will see an increase in your visions and your feelings they will become more clear.
