Aloha,

The third Friday of the month is dedicated to ordinary angels. I collect stories about people all month and will share the best angels with you on the third Friday. If you know any angels in your neck of the woods, by all means let me know.

Since tomorrow is officially Be an ANGEL day, I will have a special post about angels, so tune in.

This first story is about Soldier’s angels. It is a group of people that help out soldiers and their families. When I ran across their story, I found a website that listed all the ways ordinary people can make a difference in the lives of men and women. It certainly would be nice if we lived in a world where there was no war, but since we don’t . . .

Soldier’s Angels

This next link is entitled Can Angels Swim. There are some beautful photographs of “angels swimming.”

The next story is about a group of people that came together and saved the life of two badly injured horses. I have always been one to take in stray animals and to try and save baby birds, so this story really touched my heart.

Miracles on Conasauga Creek

This last story is about a woman who gave up her life to save a drowning child.

Well, those are my stories for this month of ordinary angels. If you have some angel stories of your own, let me know so I can honor them next month.

With love and aloha,
Susan

And remember angels are all around you, and every time you look in the mirror, you see a very special one. Without you, the universe would be incomplete.
