Believe it or not all of life is emotionally neutral. Nothing is inherently good or bad, it just is until we put a value judgment on it. When I first began to try to wrap my mind around that thought I had a difficult time. My mind had so many opinions about just about everything. As I embraced the idea I understood the teachings of Jesus, Buddha and other great teachers in a way I never could before. They were all so profoundly connected to the divine that they lived in a world free from all judgment. They saw the love in everything. That is why Jesus said to turn the other cheek.

Fear is the absence of love. I also love the acronyms for fear. I shared them when I first began writing this blog and I share them with you again in hopes they will help you choose love instead of fear.
