The best way I know to handle fear is by celebrating what is on a regular basis unless what is includes a fast moving truck then MOVE. We are constantly blaming reality for how we feel when it is our story about what we ‘perceive’ that is really the issue. Our minds are habitual and generally not very original. Today you will think 95% of the same thoughts you thought yesterday.

You can use that habitual nature to overcome fear in several ways. One is to really face the fear, make it as big as possible and then decide if that is what you want to create. Usually the answer is NO and then you clearly picture what you do want instead.

My favorite way to deal with fear is by getting into the habit of celebrating what is in my life no matter what.

What is already is. I can celebrate its existence or judge it, hate it
and fee bad. If I celebrate it I get to feel content and pleased. When I
am feeling connected to my spirit (and I can really only celebrate
whatever is when I am connected!) I make more loving choices so my life
just keeps getting better. Where in the past fear might have ruled the
day when I habitually celebrate what is love gets the better of fear
every time!

So embrace the idea of being grateful for all of life and watch fear become a thing of the past.
