Yesterday was Holocaust Remembrance Day. War is part of the world fear builds. WWII was horrible, all the lost lives and destroyed land. Any war is horrible but I think the worse war of all is the one that can go on between our ears. The war where we judge ourselves and fight internally.

Imagine what it would be like to be free of fear, to know you live in a sea of love and to accept yourself unconditionally. Wow what a life you would have!

Today do 3 loving things for yourself and one act of kindness for someone you don’t know. See how you feel at the end of the day.

Call upon the angel of love. Ask her to help you love yourself, your life and the world. Love love love. All you need is love ……
