There is an organization called Soldier’s Angels that is dedicated to helping the men and women of the United States Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, veterans and their families. I recently bought cups of coffee for our troops over seas and have gotten some wonderful e mails. I even have a pen pal because of a cup of coffee in Afghanistan.

I personally don’t believe in war and I believe in random acts of kindness, love, gratitude, acceptance and sharing love, in other words acting as much like an angel as I am human possible of doing.

Happy Memorial Day. Later today I will share a guided meditation to release the angels and fill you with love, hope and joy. My voice is still a bit hoarse but I will make the recording in love.
