When we connect with the angels we have a sense of safety, love and peace. We know everything will work out. Stress just isn’t part of life anymore.
So how do you work with angels to de-stress?
The two best ways I know of are prayer and meditation.
You can say a simple prayer like: Angels help me to feel your loving presence. Guide me and direct me and help me to make all my choices from a place of love.
Meditation: Lots of people have all sorts of odd ideas about meditation. We all slip into a meditative state often through out the day, we day dream. If you are feeling stressed imagine yourself being surrounded by a host of angels, feel their love and leave all of your worries in their hands.
Angels are far better at solving our problems then we are. Be aware of their guidance and take the actions to follow through.
