Jesus spent 40 days and 40 nights in the desert. In many spiritual traditions a time apart from everyday life is necessary to allow the practitioner to deepen their spiritual connection. In today’s world doing that is often a luxury we can’t afford.

So for the next 40 days I will be sharing exercises, meditations and activities that will allow you to experience a deepening of your connection with the divine.

The First Step

The first step is to make a commitment to yourself to spend a bit of time each day on your spiritual connection. I find writing a short  contract, signing it and posting it some  place I will see it often. It helps to remind me of my commitment.

It can be very simple.

I am willing to take an action every day to connect with the angelic realms.

Sign and date

Then remember to ask the angels for their help and tune in each day for a suggested activity.
