This may sound a bit odd but allow yourself to hear the images, feel the colors and taste the feelings the images evoke. Playing with your senses in a new way often allows you to connect with your spirit and all of divinity in an more expansive manner.

Every time we take a breath we are given the gift of life from our spirit. Life is such a miraculous gift and wonderful adventure.
