Today is World Hug Day. You can make the world a better place by sharing lots of hugs.

Every time we take a breath we are given the gift of life from our spirit. Life is such a miraculous gift and wonderful adventure.

I so often hear this question: "Why do bad things happen to good people? Life is God's unconditional gift to us, the rest is just part of living here on planet earth and are incredible gifts.
