Here in the US we are getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving 2009. I offer you a short prayer and some interesting facts about Thanksgiving.

I think gratitude is a wonderful spiritual practice and dedicating a whole day to gratitude is awesome. I challenge you this week to commit at least two random acts of kindness.

When I first moved to Hawaii I held classes on healing the inner child. Interestingly enough 20 years later when I was asked to speak at a The Center for Spiritual Living in Waikoloa I decided to speak about the divine inner child. Funny how things come full circle.

Random acts of kindness make us feel better, help another person, even if we remain anonymous and definitely make the world a better place. I challenge you to do two good deeds this week.
