Sunday is Valentine's Day. Today I thought I'd share a bit about the Roman god of love, Cupid.

ESPN has already fired Paul Shirley and it seems as though he brought the wrath of the multitudes down upon himself. Judgment abounds on both sides.

I love rainbows and think of them as a gift from God reminding me that I am loved. I hope you allow these images to fill; you with a sense of peace and love.

This may sound a bit odd but allow yourself to hear the images, feel the colors and taste the feelings the images evoke. Playing with your senses in a new way often allows you to connect with your spirit and all of divinity in an more expansive manner.
