A few weeks ago I warned that the violent rhetoric of the culture warriors would lead to deaths, and that right wing terrorism was the chief terrorist threat to many Americans.  I am sad but hardly surprised  to report that my warning has come true.  In Wichita, Kansas, the city where I was raised.  Dr George Tiller was murdered in church,  almost certainly because he had performed late term abortions under the limited circumstances where they were legal. 

They will do it again.  These crimes and probably worse will continue until America’s home grown ‘Christian’ Taliban is behind bars or so massively repudiated that they slink back into the ingrown swamps of resentment and anger that bred them.
