The Catholic Michael Terheyden using “survival of the fittest” logic to denigrate religions his massacred for centuries is truly over the top.  His ignorance of history, logic, and Paganism is exceeded only by his smug pride in endorsing a historical outcome that resulted only from killing off entire cultures and peoples.   Using his logic, Judaism is a minor religion in Europe and properly so.  He truly worships a demon and calls it God.  

And obviously he is far from alone.

By the way- many of the reader comments over at Wild Hunt are as good as his initial post.  That means, very good indeed.
