This is rich.
The full incompetence or dishonesty of the Rethuglican reaction to passage of this bill is showing in the threats to take it to court for requiring Americans buy insurance or be fined.  But it does not quite do that!  It requires such actions only if the state in which they live has not come up with its own plan for health reform, which need not require a mandate!  Rethuglicans claim they can do better – the bill allows them to try in the states they govern.

The wheel obviously was not discovered by any earlier incarnation of one of these people…
