The Moon is quite active today, beginning with a conjunction to Venus in the wee hours of the morning before you read this.  The Moon and Venus are soul sisters – they connect on the level of emotion and beauty.  This early morning period, before the Moon enters Aries at 10:25 am, will be perfect for creative endeavors such as writing and journaling, or important conversations that address emotional issues.
The Moon is not comfortable in Aries, which is a fire sign that prefers action to feeling.  For the next couple of days there will be a heightened sense of aggression but also inspiration to take action on the things that are important to us.  This will be particularly true from the time the Moon enters Aries until mid-afternoon as the Moon will form a square (challenging aspect)  to Pluto at 2:38 pm EST.  This event can create intensely compulsive behavior, or it can draw us deep within ourselves in introspection and analysis of our deepest feelings.  We may choose the latter, but people around us may be acting out instead so be prepared for those who seek to do battle.
Any tension that arises as a result of the Moon/Pluto event will be softened by late afternoon as the Moon moves into a harmonious aspect (sextile) to expansive and optimistic Jupiter at 9:34 pm.  Jupiter blankets us with a cloud of safety and good feelings, and our dealings with other will take on a much more harmonious quality by dinnertime making this a great evening to spend with friends.
