The Moon is in Pisces now – the sign of adaptation, flexibility, transcendence, creativity. It will oppose Saturn at around 1:30 am EDT early tomorrow morning, a challenging aspect that brings with it the potential for strong dreams and perhaps the puncturing (Saturn) of our illusions (Pisces Moon).
This influence will fade rather quickly in the early morning, to be replaced by a conjunction of the Moon to Uranus at around 1 pm EDT. Beginning in the late morning there is an increased sense of excitement and the potential for new ideas that will peak at the time of the exact conjunction. This is the last aspect of the Moon which will then be void of course until it enters Aries at around 1 am on Thursday morning. Void of course moons are not to be feared – they are used mostly in electional astrology as times that are less optimal for beginning something new.
Mercury enters Aries tomorrow at 3:55 pm EDT, and there will then be three planets in fiery Aries. Aries is the sign of initiation and courage, the sign that teaches us to put our needs first. Aries is innocent and pure of motive, but direct and confrontational. We are likely to see an increase in combative (Aries) communication (Mercury) under this influence which will last for the next few weeks.
The Moon will enter Aries early Thursday morning at about 1 am, increasing the count of planets and luminaries in Aries to four as we head into Thursday’s New Moon period.
