Early in the morning, at around 2:30 am EDT, the Moon will face off against Mars which may serve to cause some irritation and touchy reactivity. Later in the morning it will begin a stressful opposition to Uranus which will peak at about 1 pm, creating a need for heightened stimulation and a restlessness that will highlight any area of your life where you feel dissatisfied.
Meanwhile, Mercury continues its harmonious interaction with Chiron and Neptune by forming a harmonious sextile to Neptune which facilitates creativity and heightens our empathic reactions to others. The combination of this harmonious planetary event with the short-lived stressful Moon events is likely to lead to an interesting day.
The Moon enters Libra at 11:22 pm EDT and continues moving into position for Thursday’s Full Moon in Libra. The Libra Moon is very sensitive to the needs of others, and craves a balance in relationships that is peaceful and generally harmonious.
Wednesday April 8 is relatively uneventful after an opposition of the Moon to Venus at 1:15 am EDT which very briefly pits our emotional needs against the need to achieve balance in relationships. A challenging square of the Moon to Pluto could intensify things and generate power conflicts at around 5 am, but things will soon mellow after that and the rest of the day we are dealing more with the larger planetary cycles and the smaller ones are relatively quiet.
