Today is a Uranian day! Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius, and both are prominent today. Uranus and Aquarius share an affinity for revolutionary behavior and the desire for social justice and the breaking apart of the old order to begin anew. There is also a tremendous intellectual creativity with Uranus and Aquarius that fosters invention and new ideas.
The Moon entered Aquarius early this morning and will form a harmonious sextile to the Sun at around 8 am, bringing a beautiful energy to the morning. Mercury (the mind and communication) is moving towards a conjunction with Uranus that will be in effect all day until it peaks at 1 am tomorrow. Uranus is called the “higher octave” of Mercury because where Mercury rules the mind, Uranus rules the higher mind; the part of us that is intuitive and open to multidimensional awareness.
Today is a great day for anything having to do with ideas and creativity.
