There’s a worldwide epidemic that’s spreading and it seems like there’s no end in sight. And it affects your life in a large way.
What I’m referring to is your ability to stay focused.
Here’s something that is both amazing and alarming at the same time…
The average adult loses their focus every 6-10 seconds. And it would be safe to say that it’s more like every 3-5 seconds.
Think about that for a moment…every 6-10 seconds and it’s really closer to every 3-5 seconds.
How many times do you find yourself actually having this occur in your life, whether it’s during your day or night when you’re trying to sleep…
While you have one thought after another going through your mind.
Not only that but how often do you find yourself starting one task, becoming distracted, never finishing what you started out doing, and then giving up and going on to something else…only to repeat this cycle over and over?
Why am I bringing this up?
Because it is most likely costing you a fortune and you may not even be aware of it.
And “costing you a fortune” can be in your finances and any area of your life that’s most important to you.
Here’s what I mean…
Anytime you find yourself saying things like, “I should”, “I have to”, “I’m supposed to” in whatever it is that you’re doing…you’ll notice that these are the things you’re having a hard time staying focused on.
And in the process it’s costing you a fortune. Not just financially but over time it takes its toll on your physical health.
Now look at times when you’re saying, “I love to”, “I’m inspired to”, and “This is what I’ve always dreamed of doing.” You’ll notice here that you have a much easier time staying focused.
In these types of situations ten hours will “fly by” and it will seem like only two minutes.
So where am I going with this?
When you’re doing something you truly love, you’ll be more focused.
This in turn will allow you to “dig deep” and come up with a product, service, or idea of tremendous value to others. And help you go from where you are now to having a very rich and profitable financial future.
And your ability to turn your focused thoughts into the action steps necessary for it to show up in your life comes down to asking (and then answering) a three word question…
“Why?”
How big is your “why?”
When you have enough “whys” for doing something, not only will you be more focused, but you’ll also figure out the right action steps to take.
In other words, when you have enough “whys” the “hows” take care of themselves.
This is what will help you draw the people, the situations, and the opportunities that will help you live the freedom based lifestyle you deserve…
And it all starts by becoming and maintaining your focus.
Then it’s just a matter of you being your amazing self while helping others realize their amazing selves.
Now how about staying focused on that every 6-10 seconds throughout your entire day?
