I suppose it’s a good thing that I’m OCD? Because Beyond Blue has just crossed the 1,000 mark! I remember when Amy Cunningham who wrote “Chattering Mind” crossed 1,000. I thought to myself, “Wow. She must have been writing for years.” And then, what do you know, I got a little coffee in my system and I was off and running, with lots of help from you guys, of course. Because many of the posts are filled with your insights, stories, and jokes (where do you think I get all the cartoons from?).
So to honor our 1,000 mark, I’m going to publish a few earlier posts that I like and aren’t featured on my main page.
My friend, Priscilla Warner, recently shared with me this quote from Martin Buber: “When two people relate to each other authentically and humanly, God is the electricity that surges between them.” I think that is certainly true of Beyond Blue.
Thanks for making it happen!
