Group Beyond Blue Co-Chair, Melzoom, has started a thread about mental-health toolboxes and W.R.A.P.s (acronym for Wellness Action Recovery Plan, what she describes as a PIN number for an ATM).
Mel begins the discussion with these questions:
1. Do you currently have a mental health toolbox? A WRAP?
2. What do you have in your toolbox? What sections do you have in your WRAP?
3. Where to you keep it? Who knows about it?
4. Have you used it? How often? How does it help? (Does it help?)
