Trust in the Lord and do good, so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.   Psalm 37:3

Does it seem sometimes that the “land beyond gorgeous” is a foreign country to you? That you will never get to be at home at a healthy weight?  Trust in the Lord, do good things for your body — and you WILL dwell  there!  You truly will be fed with the right food, and be satisfied.

This verse, of course, deals with a much wider scope than just weight loss and healthy living.  Trusting God and obeying Him always puts you in the right place and satisfies you!
