You’ve been doing so well.  Why is that stupid scale not moving?  We’ve looked at many different reasons — but it all boils down to one simple fact.  It takes time and effort to lose weight permanently.  If you put out more effort, you will see results in less time.  If you put out less effort, it will take more time. If you aren’t happy with your results, you just may need to work a bit harder. But, what is your hurry?   You have the rest of your life to get in shape.  If you take a doable, slow, steady course — and plan on staying on it the rest of your life — you will get there.  Best of all, you will stay there.
