Is it okay to pray for help on your weight loss journey?  God cares about every aspect of your life. He is concerned with your physical health, as well as the condition of your soul.

Maybe you feel like too much of a failure in this problem area to even bring it up to God.  The good news is that God doesn’t require perfect prayers. He doesn’t even require good people to pray them.  If you are His child, you have the privilege of praying in His name.  It doesn’t matter how crumpled that prayer is, you have the right to ask!
