Sometimes we look at the long road ahead of us before we reach our goal — and it is overwhelming.

“How long is this going to take?” we ask.  “How long can I hold out against temptation?”

The answer — just do it today. Tomorrow you start again, but right now all you have to do is make it until bedtime. You can do it!
