In this episode in the series we learn about discoveries at Hierapolis in Turkey at Papias’ House, including the earliest testimonies about the origins of our canonical Gospels.  Meanwhile back in Jerusalem a first century menorah is discovered, complete with a ‘demon’ papyrus rolled up inside it.  Art West and his friends Grace Levine (who gets married in this episode) and Kahlil el Said are caught up in a vortex of intrigue, murder most foul, mystery and discovery.
